It was recently announced that Wynn Resorts has expanded its sports betting app further across the country. The WynnBet app has now been launched in another six states, providing bettors with a dedicated platform to place wagers. The six additional states where the WynnBet app has now gone live are Arizona, Colorado, Indiana, Louisiana, Tennessee, and Virginia.

The launch of the app in these six states means that bettors will be able to enjoy even more options when it comes to sports wagering. Users of the app can make deposits and withdrawals via the app, and they will be able to access various promotions as and when they are launched by Wynn.

Geolocation technology is being used to make sure players are able to access promotions and markets aimed at specified states.

Excited About Expanding the Reach of the App

Officials from Wynn have expressed their excitement at being able to expand the reach of the sports betting app.

Ian Williams, Wynn Sports Interactive president, said:

We are thrilled to introduce the new WynnBet app with enhanced sportsbook technology to six more markets, which continues our commitment to offer players a five-star experience in each of the states we operate in.

He added that he wanted to thank state regulators for reviewing the WynnBet platform in a timely manner, as well as thanking team members and partners who were involved in the expansion project for ensuring the process ran smoothly.

The app was already live in Massachusetts and West Virginia, and the operator is expected to announce launch dates for the app in New York, Michigan, and New Jersey – three major sports betting markets – at a later date.

WynnBet’s website has been updated with information about the most recent launches and provides plenty of details for those who are new to the app as well as those who already have WynnBet accounts in other states. There is a useful FAQ section on the site, along with detailed information using the app, getting started, and what the app offers.

App Launches Just Before Football Season Starts

The timing of the most recent app launches from Wynn is excellent, as the traditional slow period in the world of sports betting is now drawing to an end. This slowdown has affected all sports betting states in recent months, as it does every year.

Following March Madness, there is generally a slow period for all sports betting states due to the lack of major sporting events over the summer period. However, this is set to come to an end within weeks.

The football season will soon kick off, and this will see frenzied betting activity from which Wynn will be able to benefit following its expansion. This is followed by the hugely popular Super Bowl in February and then March Madness.

So, the launch of the app in the latest six states means that Wynn will be able to hit the ground running amid the wide range of major sports events that are now set to take place.
