South Philadelphia Turf Club is a racetrack and sportsbook located in the city of Philadelphia and it is property of Parx Casino and Racing located in the city of Bensalem. Back when it first opened in November 1974, it was called Keystone Racetrack, replacing the Liberty Bell Park Racetrack. In 1984 it was purchased by ITB and then in 1990 ITB was bought by Greenwood Racing. Later in 1998, Greenwood Racing joined with a fellow corporation – Penn National Gaming, Inc.
