J Paul's Terrace Café is a restaurant and sports bar which has been operating for almost 40 years. It was first established in 1982 and offered a 75 seat dining room and sports bar with 14 flat-screen televisions to watch your favorite horse racing events and other sports.

The sports bar has recently been remodeled and also operates an OTB horse wagering system, namely Fast Track, in conjunction with Nassau betting operators for customers to wine, dine, watch and wager on their pick of any horse race, on any track across the United States from 11 am to 11 pm.
