Stroh’s Tavern was established in 1967 in Angola, New York. It's original owners were Debbie Slawinski and Michael Slawinski. But they sold it to a trio who are referred to as Lance, Kurt, and Carrie. This ownership change occurred in 2018. Long before then, the bar that is now known as Stroh's Tavern was initially called Eddie Stroh's before its new name stuck a few years later.
Asides from food, drinks, entertainment, and some amenities, this establishment functions as a horse racing off-track betting center. There is an OTB machine provided by Western Regional OTB where you can place action on the derbies.
