About Circus Circus Hotel

Circus Circus is a casino resort located in Downtown Reno, the focal point of multiple additional casinos, including Silver Legacy and Eldorado Reno. All of them are owned and operated by Eldorado Resorts (NASDAQ: ERI). Originally built on top of the first department store in Reno, in 1977 it expanded further, adding 2 floors, a hotel with 100 rooms and a casino. Since then, further expansions have taken place and the casino has exchanged ownership between multiple corporations. From 1978 until 2005 it was owned by the Mandalay Resort Group (Circus Circus Enterprises), and from 2005 to 2015 by MGM.

Currently, Circus Circus is the second-largest hotel in Reno, based on the number of rooms. To facilitate all its visitors and provide them with a great experience, there are plenty of restaurants and bars available. Additionally, various events and shows are hosted on the grounds, including over 33 carnival games. As can be expected, you'll also find a spa for relaxation, however, there's no pool available.
